The Verizon Specialized Telephone Equipment Distribution provides specialized equipment to people with a
range of disabilities and difficulties using the telephone.
Having a disability should not limit your ability to communicate with friends, family, healthcare professionals
and emergency services. Our equipment is available to people with a wide variety of disabilities. We work with
each person individually to make sure that the equipment you get is the best fit for you.
We have amplified phones for people with difficulty hearing, big-button and talking phones for those with
vision problems, cordless and hands-free phones for people with motion impairments, and TTY's and VCO's for the deaf community.
Whatever you have difficulty with while using the telephone, there is equipment available for you.
